New_Hampshire doesn't have much coastline, just 18 miles total, but has some nice, quiet beaches, including the sands in Seabrook. Close to the Massachusetts state border, Seabrook is a small town (less than 8500 total residents) which can also "boast" of having constructed the last nuclear power plant built in the United States!

It's smaller than the nearby Hampton Beach resort community, which means better chances of finding your own quiet digging, sunning, exploring spot on the pristine Atlantic Ocean beaches.
